2008 Gibson Firebird Studio -SOLD-

2008 Gibson Firebird Studio with the original case. There is nothing like having a good Gibson studio with you on tour or in the studio just because they are dependable and sound exactly like you would imagine. I was glad that they redid the Firebird a couple of years back because this studio version has everything you could want. Super slick ebony finish with gold hardware really round out the looks. For sound they stocked it with the 490R and 498T pick ups. If you haven't played these yet they are really nice and warm, perfect for any rock genre. From what I remember these sold out pretty fast and they stopped production so you wont be finding these in stores. If you are worried about not having those Les Paul low end and mids, not to worry because the Gibson guys were able to get this guitar to really have some nice heavy tones. If you want that 60s Gibson type sound you are also covered with this guitar, put that neck pick up on and you get some classic Gibson tone.

Condition is great with a clean headstock, frets/board/dots are in excellent condition, front of the body is excellent, treble side of the neck has some small white dings, and back of the body has some buckle rash. I would give it an 8-9 out of 10 for overall condition.
