Return Policy
Recyclerock.com offers a full refund, minus shipping fees, on all items returned within three days of receipt and as long as it is the same condition as sold. Buyers who want a guitar shipped to a country where insurance for the full purchase price is not available will only be eligible for a refund for the insured amount if the guitar is damaged in shipping. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping fees if a guitar needs to be returned.
