Ernie Ball Musicman Axis Super Sport electric guitar with the original EBMM hardcase. First off this could be one of the best looking guitars we have gotten in a long time. Check out that birds eye maple neck/board with the flame Pacific blueburst top. Now I'm sure you think of EVH when you see this guitar and it can do those riffs all day long but they did an amazing job designing this so out of a nice old Marshall you can get some pretty classic rock/blues type sounds. When I was researching it I was pretty impressed with how many players from different genres use these. I found some clips of a player covering a modern metal band and with this fast maple board and Dimarzio Pups that deliver some PAF tone I can see why. I also found guys playing latin influenced solos with the same exact guitar. The sustain is nothing but amazing and with that maple board you can expect a little extra bite on the treble side. Ernie ball really does load these up with everything a player could ever want. It has the Schaller locking tuners, one of the best finished necks I have ever seen, and the vintage tremolo.

Condition is as close to mint as you are going to get on a used piece. I can not find any major wear at all on it. The only minor things I can find is a pinhead sized ding on top of the headstock and a .25 of an inch hairline finish crack near the neck pocket. Compared to the one hanging up at the local GC, this one will be much cleaner. I would say for a used guitar it is as close to a 10 out 10 as you are going to find.
