2002 Martin D-28 acoustic guitar with the Martin hardcase. To me this is one of the best acoustics ever made judging on overall tone, build quality, and just how much fun these are to play. Martin loads them up with the solid sitka spruce top, rosewood back/sides, and an awesome playing ebony board. The overall tone is really well balanced with no super bright highs or wimpy mids, just really great string separation when strumming and articulate finger picking tones. Nice comfortable neck, not to big and great light finish.

Condition is excellent. Previous owner was just a home player who never gigged out so not to much playing time or touring with it. Headstock is clean, frets have light wear but nothing significant, board looks great, front of the body just has the normal picking scratches, back of the neck is mint, light wear on the back but no real buckle rash, and sides/bottom are clean. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10. Neck looks perfect and this had fishman pick up pro installed so it is ready for the gigging player who needs to plug in. Assume the neck will need basic adjustment after shipping.
