1999 Taylor 615-CE Jumbo with the original Taylor Case. I know these are still in production but they just don't look like this one or sound as good as these older ones. Right off the bat check out that 3 piece flame maple back/sides. I am pretty familiar with this model and I only knew one other person who had a 3 piece back model with a flame finish this nice looking. I just got done playing it and if you need a nice Jumbo sized guitar with natural loud volume and that Taylor clarity, this would be the guitar for you. The tone is just perfectly balanced, way more articulate and clear compared to other large acoustics. I find that this model also has way more low end presence than other Taylor models. You can plug in if you want to really sculpt the sound with the Fishman preamp. They really did load this up with double body binding, bound neck, ebony fret board, MOP rosette, and that on board preamp. Big sustain and rich warm wood tones overall.

Condition is excellent. Headstock has very light wear, frets have minimal wear, fret board/inlays look great, front of the body has the normal light picking scratches and one small 1.5 inch scratch on lower part of the body, back of the neck is mint, back of the body has one pinhead sized ding but no buckle rash is visible, back/sides look mint. Electronics are great and assume you will need to adjust the neck after shipping. Right now the action is perfect and does not need adjustment. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10.
